You pay for the workers on your roster, nothing else. While Adapt Timesheets is in early access, subscribing is optional: no card is needed to sign up, no fee is payable, and nothing is locked if you don’t subscribe.

Signing up needs no payment details, and no fee is payable while we are in early access. If you would like to support us, an administrator can choose to subscribe from the Payments page. Before fees become payable for continued use, we will give every customer at least 30 days’ notice by email, and you can export your data and leave before then.
Workers marked active on your roster. Administrator and foreman logins are not counted unless that person is also on the roster, and inactive workers are never counted. If you add or deactivate workers, the new count applies from your next invoice — we do not charge part-way through a billing period. On an annual plan, that means a change takes effect at renewal.
Your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, and the total is shown at checkout before you confirm it. Cancelling stops future charges and leaves your data and access in place. Receipt photos are included at no extra cost.
